If you're experiencing issues with remote pairing for your product, performing a Hard Reset could solve your issue:
Please ask the customer to replace the battery of the remote, replace it with a non-rechargeable CR2032 coin cell battery and then try to pair it with We-Vibe Chorus by following below steps
- Press and hold the control button on the We-Vibe chorus for 10 seconds to reset it.
- Press and hold the + button on the squeeze remote for 5 seconds.
- The We-Vibe chorus will pulse three times to confirm that it was successfully paired.
- Press (+) button on the squeeze remote until device reaches maximum intensity
If replacing the battery of remote did not resolve the issue, then please share the clear image for below
- Picture of the Battery contact points on the remote and share it with us
- Picture of SN on the remote
- Picture of SN on the box ( If available )
- Picture of SN on the device
Note: To change the battery in your remote, simply lift the top of the remote and take the
battery out.

If you're experiencing issues with app connectivity or Bluetooth pairing for your product, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Ensure that you are using the latest version of the We-Vibe application by updating the app or by deleting and reinstalling the app.
- Chorus needs to be paired with the remote before you use the We-Vibe app.
- In the settings on your phone, remove the device from the previously connected Bluetooth list.
- Ensure that the Chorus is paired with the remote.
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device. Try turning Bluetooth off and on.
- Ensure that Chorus is within a range of fewer than 10 feet and is not obstructed by any object that may cause interference.
- Open We-Vibe App.
- Go to TOYS. Select your toy from the list and simply follow the in-app instructions.
