If your product won't turn on despite charging, or has app/BT/remote connectivity issues, travel lock might be active.

To activate or deactivate the travel lock on your product, press (+) and (-) on the five button remote at the same time for 2 to 5 seconds or until toy pulses.

1. Press (+) and (-) on the remote at the same time for 2 to 5 seconds until it pulses. Your device will ‘lock’.
2. Press (+) and (-) On the remote at the same time for 2 to 5 seconds your product will pulse and your device will “unlock” or simply connect the charger to the Toy this will deactivate the travel lock.
