We send three tracking emails from no-reply@we-vibe.com:
- The first email is sent when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
- The second email is sent when your parcel arrives at the closest delivery center and will be with you soon.
- The third email is sent when your parcel is successfully delivered.
Additionally, you can always track your order by visiting our Order Tracking Page and using a combination of your email address and order number. This way, you can get real-time updates on the whereabouts of your parcel.

In some cases, it may take a day or two for the carrier to pick up the parcel and for the shipping confirmation to be sent. Rest assured that once the carrier has collected your parcel, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking information. We recommend checking your junk or spam folder as well, as occasionally, our emails may be mistakenly classified as spam. If you haven't received the shipping confirmation after the expected timeframe and it is not in your spam folder, please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance. They will be available to help address any concerns or issues related to your shipment.
