How do I reset the We-Vibe App settings to default?

This article helps the customer reset We-Vibe App settings to default, restore factory settings, app reset.

To perform a factory / default reset, follow these steps:

  1. Access settings by tapping the top right corner setting wheel icon in the app.
  2. Tap “Factory Reset” under “Personal Settings.”
  3. Confirm the reset when prompted.
  4. Tap “Accept” to proceed.
  5. Tap “Cancel” to stop.

Note: This will remove partners, paired devices, settings, and any custom vibes.

Close and reopen the app after the reset.
