You can find your order number in the order confirmation email that is sent to you after placing your order.
It is important to check your entire mailbox, as it may occasionally be filtered into your spam or junk folder. Look for emails sent from care@we-vibe.com. Depending on the language you selected, the subject line will be one of the following:
- EN: We-Vibe Order Successful!
- DE: We-Vibe Bestellung erfolgreich abgeschlossen!
- FR: Commande We-Vibe terminée avec succès!
If you have checked your spam folder and are still unable to locate the order confirmation email, we recommend contacting our Customer Care Team for further assistance. They will be able to help you retrieve your order number and address any other questions or concerns you may have.
