If your product won't turn on despite charging, or has app/BT/remote connectivity issues, travel lock might be active.
To activate or deactivate the travel lock on your product, press (+) and (-) on the toy at the same time for 2 to 5 seconds or until toy pulses.
- Press (+) and (-) on the toy at the same time for 2 to 5 seconds until it pulses. Your device will ‘lock’.
- Press (+) and (-) on the toy at the same time for 2 to 5 seconds your product will pulse and your device will “unlock” or simply connect the charger to the Toy this will deactivate the travel lock.

The device has a Toggle button which can activate the motor in the External arm or the motor in the Internal arm independently or simultaneously and a special built-in app feature allows each motor to be controlled separately through app. If you notice one of the motors is not working or working with low intensity:
- Connect the Toy with remote and then with We-connect app
- When a toy is paired to the we-connect app, Control screen for the toy will appear on the screen
- On this screen you can adjust the intensity of both motors

h2>If your product has a short runtime, app problems, or Bluetooth/remote connectivity issues, it might be in a power-saving mode or not discoverable.
- The device is completely off to save power with minimal battery consumption. User can modify the sleep time which takes the device to switch to this state if the device is left unused and feature exists (Bluetooth products).
- The device is not discoverable and will need to be paired with the remote or the App. See "How do I connect to the App"
- The device can go out of sleep mode if any button is pressed or if the charger is connected.
